Prices displayed within this Website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer to purchase a particular product or event registration for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this Website at the time you place your order on these Terms & Conditions.
The PAA reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product or event ticket, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.
Prices of products and services, as well as delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any product or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers.
Viruses
The PAA cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via this site is free from viruses or other conditions, which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this site, and you release the Pedorthic Association of Australia entirely of all responsibility for any consequences of its use.

Constitution
By becoming a member of the Pedorthic Association of Australia, you agree to abide by the PAA Constitution and associated by-laws. The PAA is a company limited by guarantee and the constitution can be found here.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Membership period is from 1 July to 30 June of each year.
Members who have a change in circumstance within the membership period may be eligible to alter their membership to a different membership category. Changes to membership categories and insurance cover during the membership period must be made by written request to the PAA.
Cancellation of membership may only be considered for significant extenuating circumstances (such as financial hardship). Applications for cancellation must be put in writing to the PAA Executive. The decision of the Executive will be final.
Any non-payment of fees will suspend membership benefits until the outstanding balance has been paid. Outstanding fees will be recovered as an outstanding debt due. Defaults in scheduled payments that include professional indemnity insurance may cause the suspension of the insurance cover.
Registered, practising pedorthists are required to maintain professional indemnity insurance. Lapsed payments may result in the suspension of insurance cover.
Advertising Terms & Conditions
- The PAA reserves the right to cancel or reject advertising deemed not to be in keeping with its professional aims and standing.
- Acceptance of advertising does not indicate PAA endorsement of the product or service.
- All final artwork (advertisements and inserts) must be approved by the PAA.
- Submit all artwork on or before deadline dates given or advertising space might be lost.
- Advertisers are advised not to print their inserts until they receive written confirmation that the insert has been approved.
- The PAA makes every reasonable effort to publish our magazines in accordance to the distribution schedule.
- The PAA is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by an advertiser as a result of any failure or delay in the distribution of our publication/s.
- To cancel a booking please notify info@pedorthics.org.au 3 business days before the artwork due date.
- Cancellation of an advertisement or insert after the booking deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the advertised fee for that advertisement.
- All advertising must be booked online.
Conference
Conference Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken.

All registrations received by PAA will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received in full. Please contact the event organiser using the contact form on the conference website if you experience any difficulties during the registration process.
Conference Confirmations and Tax Invoices
A tax invoice/confirmation will be automatically issued once your registration and payment has been processed. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST.
Conference Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given for cancellations. PAA reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour, that is deemed to be inappropriate and/ or a risk to others.
Conference Agreement
With registering to the conference, you agree that a list with your name, email and company name will be distributed to Sponsors & Exhibitors, as well as provide permission that photos can be taken and used for promotional purposes and/ or on social media.
Conference Duplication/ recording
Sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand for 30 days after the event.
Conference CPD Certificates
Certificates will be issued 10 days after the event with the name you used for registration. CPD points will only be issued for attended sessions.
