Application for Internationally Qualified Pedorthists

There is a $1,380 non-refundable administration fee to apply for certification for Internationally Qualified Pedorthists.

To apply for certification, follow these steps:

1. Download and read the Certification Pathway for Internationally Qualified Pedorthists document
2. Download the application checklist and gather certified copies of all documents required.
3. Download and complete the application form
4. Upload your completed application and all supporting documents
5. Click “Add to Cart”
6. Go to your shopping cart and complete the checkout details. You can create a new account or login to an existing account if you have made a prior purchase on the PAA website.
7. Complete your payment of $1,380 and place your order.

Once your order is complete, the application will be reviewed by the PAA board of management if genuine and will forward it to the APRB Committee for evaluation.
